Sometimes, I have a hard time not falling of the chair. Obamas State of the Union Address is one of these:

There is, of course, another responsibility we have to our children. And that is the responsibility to ensure that we do not pass on to them a debt they cannot pay.

If the children cannot pay off a debt, why even create it in the first instance? Or have I justed missed something that the jug-eared prevaricator can only be reelected once and has to maximize his chances for this to happen by spreading money and pork everywhere?
