Here's the perfect example of a Brit living in Switzerland, who is either a functional analphabet or hasn't gotten a single clue about our country. Which is unusual because most smart people run from their EU-infested rathole to Switzerland or somewhere else where the taxation is significantly lower the first moment they can. However, this person probably needs some education first, which the British system was unable to provide:

Oh my gosh! This happens all the time down here, it's called 'advertising'. However, most certainly, his half-knowledge of German or the usage of some internet translation machine made sure he would misunderstand the content of that 'pamphlet', especially regarding the touchy subject of 'foreigners':

Ok, beefeater. If that was REALLY the case, we'd have resorted to open violence and some shooting. Remember we have something you have been robbed of - guns. Lots of guns. Full-auto, handguns, semi-automatic 'battle rifles', generally everything to cause a rampage. However, we don't. Because, in general, we have one skill you sorely lack: Functional alphabetism. This also means we happen to have a clue™, and that's why every foreigner who's brains are more developed than those of a communist or welfare whore wants to come to Switzerland. This also means we can read. If you do, you quickly notice what the whole proposed constitutional measure is about:

In few countries other than Switzerland, there's a higher ratio of foreigners vs. locals. A large part of them respects our laws. However, too many foreigners disregard our laws. They commit grave crimes, threaten our property, our health and our life.

There's nothing about 'all foreigners' here. Of course, this does not take into account that foreigners who have rather recently acquired Swiss citizenship are counted as 'Swiss', although, so far, behavioural changes haven't worked with snakes who were converted to rabbits, and getting a paper does not automatically turn you into a model Swiss citizen (like the folks who did this).

Alas, that proposed constitutional amendment does not include a clause to infuse functional alphabetism into the brains of all the people who live here, and neither permits us to deport people who'd love to live in a Marxist country to a place where they can fulfill their wildest dreams.

Which is a drawback. But then, Rome wasn't built in one day, and aerial way of infecting foreigners with a clue™ takes a long time. A really long time if one has a look at the folks from the Anti-SVP blog, who quoted this Brit.
